An art exhibition organized by Michael Reese and Gregor Turk in which Atlanta’s location on the Eastern Continental Divide serves as a point of departure.
This year's Hambidge Art Auction will include a magical masquerade exploring our true selves through immersive art experiences, one-of-a-kind performances and amazing installations. The auction features over 200 of the best emerging and established artists from across the region, and many $100 fixed-price works of art for budding young collectors.
In this 1-day workshop, participants will learn about the lineage of Ephemeral Art from indigenous to the present day. They will be taken through a series of exploratory exercises and techniques to gain confidence in making artworks without tools using natural materials found on site, and learn how to see any environment as a space for creative play.
