2024 Retreat: Strengthening Connections and Driving Progress

The Hambidge Center Board of Trustees and Staff came together in late July for our annual retreat in the picturesque setting of the Bunnen Commons in our new Antinori Village—a time to connect, collaborate, and chart our path forward. The weekend was a balanced blend of shared meals, outdoor activities, thoughtful discussions and hard work, all of which deepened our bonds and welcomed new board members into our community.

In true Hambidge fashion, we also engaged in creative making moments that reflected the artistic energy central to our mission. Between these activities, we held productive meetings focused on staff reports and strategic planning. Special thanks to former board member Susan Reed of EdgeDweller for kindly assisting our team build strategies for today, tomorrow and the future. The retreat not only strengthened our relationships but also reinforced our collective commitment to advancing Hambidge’s mission in the year ahead.
