“The third iteration of Wall to Wall features prominent Birmingham-born and based contemporary artist Amy Pleasant who will create a site-specific installation on the walls of the Museum’s lobby populated with images inspired by and in response to objects from the museum’s global, permanent collection. On Friday, August 4, guests attending Museum’s signature event, Art on the Rocks, will be invited to paint alongside Pleasant in the lobby to help complete the installation.
