Legends & Ghosts Night Hike

Come with us on a night hike and contemplate things unseen and inexplicable. Hambidge Fellow, K. Tauches, will lead us on a hike through the dark and quiet Hambidge woods, sharing a bit of the Appalachian ghost lore that lives on today.

Bring your own ghost stories and legends to share! Also bring a flashlight, water, any medicines you might require, including an Epi-pen if you have severe allergic reactions, and walking stick, if desired. Dress in layers, wearing long pants, a long-sleeved shirt, closed-toe hiking shoes or boots, and a warm jacket - it will get chilly.

This will be an active hike covering a couple steep sections of trail.

Fee: $10 per person.

K. Tauches is an artist, designer and curator based out of Atlanta, GA., with a focus on land use, history, and conservation.

HOUSE of TAU is her line of ceramic design.

She has been an active member of the Atlanta art community for over 20 years. Currently, she is this year's the Artist-in-Residence at the Blue Heron Nature Preserve in Roswell, GA, curating this year's outdoor "Art of Nature" Exhibit.
