Resilience intends to reveal the capacity of the natural world to respond to disturbances by resisting damages. Possession of this regenerative ability is also present among humans whose actions, while often the cause of environmental disruption, are aided by time spent within nature as they see attempt to adapt, reorganize, and grow.
