Ctrl+Alt+Del Exhibition

CUBE GALLERY at the Cross-Pollination Art Lab

2450 Piedmont Rd NE, Atlanta, GA 30324

Control-Alt-Delete (Ctrl+Alt+Del) is a PC computer keyboard command, invoked by pressing the Delete key while holding the Control and Alt keys. This key combination interrupts or facilitates interrupting a computer program. It serves as a command to suspend and/or reboot the system. In 2020 all of humanity’s functions were halted by the impact of a global pandemic and locally in the United States by civil and social unrest.

The Cube Gallery is hosting a group exhibition, curated by Daricia Mia DeMarr, created by artists living and working in Fulton County, Georgia. Selected artwork addresses how this technical command expressed itself in the real or virtual world over the last year. What was interrupted? What has been reset or rebooted in the lives of artists living or working in Fulton County?

Many artists have made their work available for purchase! Please CLICK HERE to go to the site and purchase your piece of art today. Purchased art will be available for pickup the week of July 5. Please contact artlab@hambidge.org to make arrangements for pickup.
